Grey Owl Construction is a locally owned construction company based near St. Léon, Manitoba. We work with homeowners, farmers and rural property owners across Southern Manitoba on new construction, agricultural buildings, additions, renovations, concrete work and custom projects.
Our goal is simple: understand what the client needs, plan the work properly and deliver a finished project that is built to last.

Grey Owl Construction is owned and operated by Miguel Talbot. Miguel began working in construction at 17 and has spent years building experience across residential, agricultural and rural construction projects.
Clients work directly with Miguel throughout the project. That means questions are answered clearly, concerns are dealt with directly and important decisions are not passed through layers of salespeople or office staff.
Miguel believes good construction starts with an honest conversation. If something does not make sense for the project, budget or long-term use of the building, he will bring it up before the work moves forward.
